Inspection Results: Discovered the old stop and drain valve wasn’t shutting off completely.

Actions Taken: Replaced the damaged tee, shut off valve, and connecting fittings.
Thoroughly tested the system to ensure there were no leaks.
Note: Unable to backfill completely due to washout of mud and sand.
